Question: How to place an order?

Answer: You can place your order through the Contact form or email me directly.

Answer: When you place an order, I'll confirm it within 24 hours.

 

Question: What are payment options?
Answer: Currently I accept Paypal as mean of payment.

Question: What format will my graphics be in? 

Answer: All animated banners will be in .gif format.
Answer: For everything else it will be provided in either .jpg, .gif or .png depending in which file will work best for your website. All video will be in 1080p HD.mp4 optimized for YouTube and other media sources for upload ease.

 

Question: How do you deliver the finished design?
Answer: I'll upload and deliver the design directly to your email.

Question: What is the turnaround time for each project?
Answer: Normally a banner project mockup will be provided in 24 hours. However, during moderate and heavy workload, it can sometimes take up to 72 hours.
Answer: If you are getting a video done, it can take up to 3-5 business days for your video to be completed.
 

Question: What if I'm dissatisfied with the design?
Answer: You will get 3 free revisions until you're completely satisfied with my design. However when the file is sent, the free revision is no more valid.

Question: Can I edit your graphics after I receive it?
Answer: Yes, you are completely free to edit your graphics anyway you like.

Question: How do we stay in touch during the design process?
Answer: We prefer to communicate via email after you've submitted the contact form.
